Do you know the history of marijuana, did you know that technically it was never illegal? The laws were written to support the alcohol industry since they couldn't figure out a way to tax something that grew wild in the forests. But even then marijuana was legal if you had a "PERMIT". The GOTCHA was you had to have some marijuana when you applied for the permit, but of course having it BEFORE the permit being granted was unauthorized possession and the permit would then be denied and the applicant arrested. Don't you just love how the government works,..
