  1. RPD could make a lot of money if they stayed near that crossing and wrote traffic tickets for everyone who pulls up and stops on the tracks. That is assuming of course there is some law being broken by not stopping before the crossing. I used to go that way for lunch and there were always some idiots stopping on tracks, so just a matter of time.
