  14. Many, perhaps most people are resistant to change especially in their workplace. In my previous life my job was an instrument of change for many in the TELCO industry, experts in certain systems were upset when technology was upgraded, changed, or surpassed. The only time my VP questioned my expense report was when I purchased fifty copies of "Who Moved My Cheese" which I handed out to affected people in the various offices I impacted. So for you "Meteorologists", might want to think about who moved your cheese.
