One thing being missed is when a hiring manager at anyplace other than some low end job is handed a stack of resumes to review, if they cannot pronounce the name that application gets filed on the bottom. Naturally someone will come back on me and say what about Ramisakwani or something, sorry but those people have a reputation as good productive workers.
