  5.  @gzsprout  Politicians are tricky, and sneaky. The IRS part seems bland, doesn't even provide an amount which is elsewhere hidden in another piece of legislation. Eventually if the trail is followed a researcher will get the particular IRS budget request that will lead to details on how that "taxpayer services and enforcement" will be accomplished.
