  1. Over the last few years my grocery bill has gone up, way up. With my wife being ill I pretty much have a set menu and buy the same things every time I'm at the store. However there are a few things I get about once a month at Costco and have been doing so for years. One necessary item is Ensure protein drink for the days when my wife doesn't want to eat. Two years ago a 30 pack was $28, yesterday it was $44 and that increase is pretty much consistent with every thing. Bty: for the math challenged (Democraps) that is a FIFTY SEVEN PERCENT INCREASE.
