@TROLLBUSTER12 When my father-in-law asked my help in sponsoring his other children I readily agreed. Part of the paperwork was affidavits stating those I sponsored would not receive any government assistance or I would be responsible. Over the next five years all of my wife's sisters and brother were brought here two at a time. Dad and I paid the legal fees, transportation, everything until his older children were able to contribute. ' Dad worked his entire life, retired from the US Government and as such was considered a special immigrant. He wanted opportunity for all his family who, could all read, write, and speak English before they ever set foot in the US. Today every single one of the family is a US citizen and none used any of the assistance money so freely handed out by democraps.
