Competent black doctors, pilots, etc should be extremely pissed off about the damage DEI has done to their reputations. Imagine for the rest of your career having to prove you were NOT hired just because of a DEI quota,..

  2.  @Nisowyd  The last true Democrat was JFK but I wasn't quite old enough to vote at that time. Still I grew up with a strong Democrat father and a Republican mother, neither of which discussed politics, just issues of the time. In 1969 when I first registered to vote it was with the Democratic party but as I learned from my parents it was the person, not the party that deserved a vote. During that first election I was keen on RFK, but you know what happened to him and Humphrey was just disgusting. Add to that I had just entered the military so it turned out even my father voted for Nixon. Eventually I was finally able to vote for a Democrat, Jimmy Carter was an honest and good man, but a terrible president. After that Democrat after Democrat became worse and worse until they reached the level of DISGUSTING. Now all the old Democrats are gone, noting left but DEMOCRAPS like Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, Waters, the Hilderbeast, and of course extremely corrupt and demented Biden and his DEI Kamala. So you see, "Democraps" is a very accurate description of what used to be the Democrat party.
