  1. Funny, I went on X (had to create an account) and found the lottery page. I read what it said and signed my support for 1st and 2nd amendment. The promotion says it is only open to registered voters in certain states, and that is ALL. Never asks what party, never promotes any party or candidate, actually says NOTHING about the election other than that is the cut off day. So it cannot be construed as "Buying Votes" or even trying to influence the election in any way, simply brings to your attention the 1st and 2nd amendments. Nothing illegal about giving away his own money to sign a pledge which has NOTHING to do with voting.
