I spent 2 weeks hiking in the Wadi Ram area of southern Jordan and up to Petra by foot. One of my best backpacking trips ever. AMAZING.

You do need a Yellow Fever Vaccination proof to enter Zanzibar (but not the rest of Tanzania). An amazing country to visit, one of my top 3-4.

Are you guys still planning to leave Mexico? Your videos and dreaming of Mexico got me through the pandemic so far. Thank you, stay safe.

Excellent overview.

Taco Bell, Wendy's.....the global corporate hegemony is seriously undermining, co-opting and appropriating the distinct native cultures of countries everywhere. It's AWFUL, but lots of young local people are drawn to that poison. Back in my day, they woulda been out there burning that gringo shit down.

Guatemalans are nice cuz you are two beautiful people. I didn't get that treatment.....Anyway, I recommend visits to Antigua, Chichicastenango, and Lago Atitlan. Don't miss the artisanal market in Antigua.

Mexico under Vicente Guerrero, abolished slavery 36 years ahead of the USA . And now Mexico's next president will almost certainly be Jewish and a Woman, La Sheinbaum!, Mexicana pura. When will the gringos ever catch up?

Baja Sur y Norte are fantastic for the outdoor/adventure life. Loreto is a great town but it's quite small. La Paz is the only real city south of Tijuana and very special. But for "Big City" cosmopolitans like you guys, I don't know.....If you make it to Chiapas, you'll love San Cristobal de las Casas. Good luck with the money hustle, lots of people are pulling for you.
