No offence to any united fan worldwide, but the majority of their fan base is working class people who don't understand business at all, anyone thinking the Glazers bought the football club out of love for the game is living in a fool's paradise, the football is the product / means to an end to keep the cash cow healthy, which in turn gets fed to the players for their daily calcium intake to keep their bones healthy...

Flex, you're one of the utd fans i had some respect for...but this statement...' fans who bought shares to help make decisions for footballing reasons and not financial ones', if i quote you correctly, is something an amateur football club can do, this is business my friend, the football is a means to an end, the first priority is to make money, that's what keeps the ball rolling..pun intended

  15.  @Anon-qp3kt  ...bur they've got some of the best players who CAN win trophies, who are being looked after extremely well, i believe Pogba has now even been sent to Dubai for warm weather training, so my question is, are united fans not barking up the wrong tree?...i.m.o the 2 are interdependant 2 esch other, i think the commercial side did it's bit by making the cash available to get these superstars, now it's on them to play their part and deliver on the pitch
