I respect your view, but these are my views... 1) the PL is 4 the elite clubs in Eng, so those promoted teams can't complain they don't hv the financial backing / quality as those established clubs...it's a case of them wanting to be there...it's like cricket...you, as the last rabbit on the batting line up couldn't complain if you hv to face the likes of Curtly Ambrose and Coutney Walsh, you wannit 2 b there, 2) point 2 actually links up with point 1, but the money is an, if not the only incentive for players from around the globe, so i don't know of this new regulator 1 2 cap players' salaries or not, we'll find out the details later
