@WanderingRationalist No, If they did they would have mention it. And they won't do one because they know what the outcome will be. This is a Scam . They have actives lawyer look through case to find anything to get a case toss, then they sue the city (aka taxpayers) for $$$$$$$ for the client. The lawyers rack in 70-80 % the bad guy gets a small cut , but keeps quiet because in has no choice . They the law firms donate big to the politicians and judges that allow the scam. All along the taxpayers are getting fleeced.
