@skel760 Golf carts are not road legal . They are not licensed, registered, or state inspected. They do not meet the DOT requirements. Hate to say it , but I see a loophole here.

@skel760 If they were in a car she probably would have survived . Chances are the girl never saw the cart until she hit them . If they were in a car she might have saw them sooner and maybe hit them at 50 or 45 mph.
