@omfgCantGetaUsername Anybody with a brain is not going to take the risk . So you are not get better candidates, you are get worst . The city of Boston just had their new officers commencement . They had 100 , they needed 400, if you would have saw some of them , short overweigh girls. 🤔🤔Affirmative Action never made anything better .
