@andreabrembilla6466 Having spent more than 15 years in Muay Thai clubs and rings, I have spoken to every type of bully and meathead driven by their insecurities to escape the demons of their past, their weaker selves. Drawing inspiration from quotes along the lines of "I love to inflict pain" or "I love pain man I'm a beast" is just pathetic. Considering it profound is even worse. Fergison is a horrible person - probably in part to CTE, but even before he was pro he was a horrible drunk. You can "woohoo" all you want from the sidelines, but there is nothing profound or meaningful about what a lot of these fighters say or do. Jamal Hill being another example. Dude is a bully, a sore loser, and an asshole.

@andreabrembilla6466 It only seems profound to people like you, it actually proves that YOU are the one who has never been through hardships or trained your ass off for years in the gym/ring. Because if you had, quotes from fighters with deep insecurities, alcoholism, CTE, and violent tendencies with hype background music probably won't do much for you.
