  10. I have had this a few times after taking long breaks. First sparring back feels incredibly awkward, no flow or pop, feels like you are fighting underwater. This is usually enhanced when you fight someone who is naturally awkward or a noobie, makes for a bad experience. It's even more frustrating when in your mind you are still trying to get your body to do all it could do when you were fit and in peak shape, but it just doesn't want to. It takes 1-2 months to get back into good working form. I feel you lad, thank you for this. Anyone here who has something bad to say about this has probably never been in a fight or stepped foot in the ring.
