  1. OK, just got a call from my Republican attorney that they found something in McConnell's 16 page bill that is unconstitutional. The changing of the first part that erases the $600 offering and brings it up to $2, 000 can't be done, has to go to the House to accomplish this. This should be front page and breaking news, why the media isn't running with this is unfathomable! This is called "blue slip" and the Senate cannot amend the House bill, the Cash Act!!
