  1. The USA has this covered. Pete Buttigieg, the United States Secretary of Transportation has THE ANSWER. After a bad hurricane (name?) in Florida a year or two ago, Pete said that those with EV's had the capability to reverse the power from the car to the home. PROBLEM SOLVED.
