@japan1001ify It depends where you live. I would not call this normal but it has become a growing problem in many of the cities here and in Canada as well. I live in Western Massachusetts and we have nothing like that. We do have a small but growing problem with homelessness, but there is a much better sense of law and order where I live, and civility. I live near a city of about 44,000, most of the county is rural. I'm glad that you live without this insanity. After seeing so many videos of people harassing the police I have become a stronger supporter of the police and I would probably get arrested if I encountered such a situation, for crimes against the homeless. If I could stand the smell.
