  3. Yes, during the chase I was thinking he had adopted the de-fund the police mindset, but in the end it was obvious as to why he was scared.

  5.  @Julia-uh4li  The criminal was on his way out so I believe the officer did know the charges. Also, they knew he was wanted for serious crimes when they started the chase. I would also think at that point the officer would have known of his previous crimes. Of course I could be wrong as I'm not an expert on all police matters. I just have difficulty with anyone guilty of rape or crimes against children.

  7. Yes, and the DA's are full of compassion for the man and dismiss charges, allowing him his freedom to live his authentic self. Isn't that nice?

I find the officers shaking this guys hand and saying "good luck" very repulsive considering the charges: - Kidnapping - 1st degree Sexual Assault (x7) - Intimidation of a Victim (x3) - Physical Abuse of a Child - Intentionally Cause Bodily Harm - False Imprisonment (x2) - Strangulation and Suffocation (x3) - Causing Mental Harm to a Child - Vehicle Fleeing/Eluding an Officer Along with his long rap sheet of other crimes. No wonder this criminal thought the police would shoot him.
