  1. As always I agree with everything said here, but a word on non-compete clauses. For those employees who quit, it is very difficult to enforce in court. For those who were fired, forget it. Seriously, Elon expects loyalty from people he fired? That is lunacy and will never hold up in court, unless the court is politically corrupt, in which case Elon will lose anyway. Of course I dislike (being nice) Zuckerberg and I hope the best for Elon.
