  1. A big problem here is with repeat offenders. I believe it would make sense to limit "No Cash Bail" to ONLY the first offense. This would be RESET after the original case is settled.

  2.  @gabbyn978  Yes. What I have been seeing in the BIG BAD cities where there is "No Cash Bail", are repeat offenders cycling through the system 30, 50, even over 100 times. These people get used to the system and don't come to justice until they kill somebody. The real problem is with SOFT ON CRIME DA's.
