  1. What is especially irritating here is the large number of DA's who are soft on crime. This individual did no wrong but got screwed while in NYC a guy can hit an old man in the head and be let out the next morning. I've seen so many police-cam videos where they drop all or most of the charges. Our legal system is better than nothing, but not by a whole lot.
