In fairness, in Thom's next video he explains they were having problems with the router. But as you say, many of Thom's videos are technically flawed. So my question would be why doesn't someone on Thom's team check these before they are posted? I would always check, and never post a video as flawed as this. I wonder what details in his stories he gets wrong when he can't get these very simple details right? In the end I'm more concerned with the problems with his content than the picture and sound.
