  2.  @judithmcdonald9001  Excellent advice. This is something that really bothered me about the response to Covid 19. From its beginning we were told it would be worse for those with weakened immune systems, but the media said little to nothing about how people should build up their immune systems. The focus was all on the vaccine. Big pharma won billions on that one. I am not an anti-vaxer.
