@montrelouisebohon-harris7023 Wow! The Vietnam war ended just as I was finishing high school. I was privileged not to go but have more respect than most for our military, full of thanks for their sacrifices. Born (1956) into a conservative Christian family I have explored both sides extensively over the years. I have learned to believed that listening is an important skill and vital for meaningful communication. In my observations things have definitely gotten worse with the hard left pertaining to their listening skills. It's obvious that they don't listen to history, whether in school or finding out for themselves, with no appreciation of how far we have come as a nation. They are dividing us into hundreds of genders, which really are simply micro-splits of personality traits. They are the racist by using race to divide us. They are hateful and purposely promote confusion. Check out the Democratic Socialists of America and they openly tell us they want to completely eliminate the police and capitalism. These people address each other as comrads and believe in communism here in America. Yes, things are getting worse. I continually have been educating myself over the years in so many subjects through reading books, documentaries, lectures, etc.. I never trust the media anymore but read their stuff so I can come on line and find for myself what the scientists really say. Fortunately we see Biden's approval ratings falling, polls showing how little all Americans trust the media, and many YouTubers are helping to expose the insanity. While things can look depressing, and I believe there will be more, I have hope for a red tsunami to slowly turn the tide. We have always been faced with evil and evil will never give up, but time after time in history evil has been suppressed. I have hope! By the way, I agree with everything you said.
