  1. I blame Apple because what they charge and how big they are, they should have tech engineers who know what they are doing. In my past experience dealing with vendors for professional digital printing equipment there were layers of expertise. The first layer consisted of somewhat knowledgable techs. If they didn't comprehend the problem it would be escalated up to the next level, and so forth. Apple holds a responsibility to be aware of this issue.
