  1. It's a tragedy. I personally, stopped looking at All India numbers and started looking at regionals. Regional numbers are starting bend heavily. Mumbai peaked at 10k cases on Apr 7 and today it's at 3k new cases. It's a good sign. Delhi has started bend it's curve. Kolkata is seeing close to 50% positivity and their new cases are going up quite dramatically. Bengal is going to be way worse than Delhi and it's going to be severely underreported. A bigger tragedy is going to unfold there because of Election rallies.
