  1. Great video as always! I feel you missed out on how the region as a whole is adding to the housing crunch. The recent tech boom as be attributed to suburban Tech companies such as Google, Facebook and numerous other startups south of SF. Cities like Mountain View readily zone high density commercial without proportional allocation for housing for workers who work in these high density commercial blocks. For a long time SF was the only place dense enough to accommodate (not to mention have enough cultural activities) relentless Tech Hiring.
