@ayazahmed-ky4eg this wouldn't be an issue if Muslim communities codified their personal laws in line with the constitution. No one is stopping you from filing a petition explaining that "Hijab" is an essential practice. No one is also stopping you from opening your minority institution and imposing the Hijab there. Everything is fair game as long as it not a violation of fundamental rights. You can't have it both ways, have a uncodified personal law and then demand protection based on personal feelings. A lines needs to be drawn somewhere.
