  2.  @ankitsharan1881  that has nothing to do with breaking every convention of federalism. States do not get to decide which territory belongs to their State. It is the Centre that does that and for good reason.

  3.  @varinderwalia7840  it is very much illegal. It's a Union territory. Reorganisation of States is a Center list. This sets a very bad precedent. Tomorrow if Himachal passes a law saying Pathankot is Himachal territory, would you call that legal? Mann is essentially opening up a can of worms, he's allowing other States to start making similar claims.
