  1. Ya, only if Gurugram Municipal Corporation did it's job, then no Muslim would need to use streets to do their namaz. Gurugram doesn't let you expand temples or mosques unless you beg and bribe them. Even after you bribe them there's no guarantee the title they issue is even legal. HUDA comes in later and invalidates all titles haphazardly makes them invalid and then harasses plot owners with demolitions (especially for expansions) till they pay HUDA their bribes. A common man stuck in between GMC and HUDA's harassment and incompetence gets nothing done. Basically, Gurugram Municipal Corporation is hiding it's incompetence and corruption by distracting us with communal tensions.
