  1. Shalom, I was a Shabbos goy for the Bene Israels in Mumbai. There's a local legend the Bene Israels believe in. Close to Mumbai, in a district called Raigad, there's a bunch of rock features on the Western Ghats ranges. Rock features look like huge etches made on the truck face. The Bene Israels believe that Moses rode to heaven from that location on Chariot whose wheels were on fire. Also in Marathi, they are known as Shaniwarteli or "Folks who oil their hair on Saturdays"

  4. ​ @franceleeparis37  I strongly disagree. The ontology of Hinduism is nothing like Judaisim and in completely opposite to Abhramic faiths.

  5.  @infinite5795  more like 1500 years. Some Hindu traditions do go back even further - Yoga is considered to be Harappan origin.
