  1. Ever since UPA made Maharashtra PWD the implementing agency, that project has been jinxed. PWD refuses to let any other agency take over that project and thanks to a court order, Govt is forced to pour in more money into NH66. Corruption Pro Max thanks to Maha PWD - Paisa Wasoli Dept.

  4. I wish SMEs participated more in the comment process. MCA has been consistent with soliciting commetns for their proposals but turnout is abysmal. I submitted feedback to them and was surprised when I got a response from the Govt. Goes to show how little attention is paid to these things.
