@PresidentEvil Nukes did not come at the expense of the Indian Economy. Indian economy grew significantly despite sanctions that followed nuclear tests.

@SeeLasSee For India nukes were a necessity and not a domination strategy. For Pakistani establishment, nukes are a battefield domination strategy. India did not sacrifice it's economy to pursue nukes and worked on reducing it's foreign aid inflows.
