  1. Remember Librandus in India trolled Mansukh Mandaviya for his "improper" English. Pakistani Librandus are no different. First they insist that we should perfect English and then they treat us like jokers. We should condemn this behaviour and ask our public officials to speak in the language they are most comfortable with.
