  1. Trudeau invoked Emergency Act over a bunch of protesters making very loud noises (that was the initial complaint). No wonder the judges found it unreasonable. Also, the invocation of the Act made Canada look like fools on the international stage. Our most esteemed PM lectured the world's largest democracy about the right to protest but he couldn't tolerate a noisy one for more than a month.

  2.  @John.F_Kennedy Judges didn't find that convincing. That's point is a moot.
