  1. I think it's a big deal. ISRO and NASA signed Artemis protocol and this landing was one of the criteria for increasing future cooperation and further collaboration. One thing India really excels at is keeping costs low. SpaceX despite its innovation is still costs about $15k/kg. With ISRO's collaboration you can bring that cost down further. It just makes space exploration so much more cheaper and affordable.
