  1. He kept the one of the most incompetent Cabinet Ministers and shuffled the competent ones. Why is Hussen and Sajjan still part of Cabinet? Why was David Lametti removed? Anand for Treasury Board? That's a demotion, she's competent to deal with labour issues but she was just getting started with DND (which is a trashfire). Qualtrough for Sport is a mismatch. Sean Fraser for Housing & Infra might be a silver lining. Beech is competent but I am not sure what Citizen Services entails.
