  1. Sure that will improve productivity of Federal workers. But I think the Minister could have focused on resolving labour disputes with Unions. CRA hasn't had a hike in years because of long drawn negotiations with Federal Govt. Mona, the previous treasury was stalling talks constantly. A tax system is only good as the taxman, you pay them poorly, you get poorer outcomes. I am sure Minister Anand understands this.
