  1. It is incumbent on Govts to convince people that Climate action is necessary to ALL their residents. Unfortunately, we have some Govts that have written off convincing certain sections about the necessity of climate action - in other words building consensus. That's an outcome of a leadership crisis that we have long ignored. With that said, we should push harder on Infrastructure. More and better transit, more dense housing, better urban design and stop exporting our trash abroad.
