  2. If we improved our relationship with the Indians then we could put enormous pressure on the Taliban. The Taliban depend on Indian wheat for its food supply and India regularly engages with them. They will gladly work with us to push for better women's right. (India regularly delays wheat supplies to get the Taliban to not enforce their laws aggressively)
