Liberal Partisan, in the comments can take this opportunity to learn something about what people want and addressing them. While you are at it, please let the Liberal caucus know. Pollievre at least has some credible plans to address housing. Is it great? Naah, but at least it is something. Guess what other are saying about Housing? Nothing. 8 years of voting Trudeau for housing and we the electorate have been reduced to picking up scraps from someone like Pollievre. It actually says a LOT more about Trudeau's governance.

@garyhaggquist740 I met Jagmeet in person and asked him about his housing plan. I was deeply unconvinced by his housing plan. He blamed it on "foreigners" and "rich corporates". I asked him about the commodification of housing, he went on a rant about rich corporates. He is a landlord himself, he bought out 2 condos in my riding, sold one at a premium and bought another. The landlord that he is, puts the blame on someone else. He himself is part of the problem.

@thrillhouse7867 call me what you want. I care about housing, I ain't getting it from the Liberals. I've campaigned for Liberals, door knocked, phones, volunteered for GOTV for the previous 3 elections. I've participated in Riding associations, I've volunteered time reviewing policy docs for them. Paid for those expensive convention events, townhalls etc. I've filled survey after survey after survey for Liberal Party. So ya, I've put in effort to get my issues of housing on the forefront. So ya, you can go on and keep telling me about Poilievre's failures and how is the enemy of the working class but it won't find any traction. Because even after 8 years, Liberals don't have a solution, not even a partial one. The disappointment that comes from not being heard is deeper than anything you have to say about Poilievre right now. And that's the sad reality for many Canadians not just me.

@thrillhouse7867 Like I said, Pollievre's plan isn't great. But at least he has one - which BTW is encourage ToD. What is the Liberal Plan? Do Liberals even have a plan?

@garyhaggquist740 Re: Jagmeet it's not malice but extreme frustration. He's the MP of my riding and I am on the market for a house. I accidentally bumped into his listing and noticed he declared another house in parl[dot]gc. That got my annoyed. So I met him at a NDP event and asked him about his housing plan. I asked him how he will support province and speed up permitting in the cities (See more below). I got the same spiel about corporates and rich people. I was left disappointed with his dishonesty. I also met my provincial MPP and spoke with her for close to an hour. She asked for patience and asked me to wait until Provincial fall session. I've been chasing my local city council to get traction with their missing middle plan. I know my city intimately, I'm fairly civic and I make it a point to participate in consultations. When I'm given a dishonest non answer by a politician, I feel like I'm being taken for a fool. So when I say Jagmeet is part of the problem, I mean he is the problem in multiple ways. Dishonesty is one of them.

@chrisbernard5153 they are subtle. "ever had". He is not the best anymore. (you can dispute he never was but that's a different issue).
