  1. That's exactly opposite of what the report. Investors are vary about India's judiciary rather than govt. Bilateral investment treaties allows investors to litigate outside India. We want the opposite of that, we want them to litigate in India - investors don't trust our courts to deliver judgements on time.

  3. Ya we really need serious Judicial reforms. Most investors are looking at our court system and they are keeping away.

  4. Basically, investors are vary of our Judiciary rather than the govt. Reform the judiciary attract more FDI. BTW NCLT and NCLAT have been back to their old habit of tareeq pe tareeq.
