  1. Hopefully the inductions doubles or triples every years until we have a decently modernized force. Agniveer should start showing results in this years budget and open up space for capital procurement. Also we should open up dress uniforms and combat uniforms to the private sector. It’s still contracted out to OFB.

  2. We need to open up the defense sector to more private players. One really easy and rapid win would be to allow private textiles companies to make combat uniforms to the armed forces. That contract is still under the hands of former OFB while the Govt is mulling opening it up to private players.
