  1. I believe the presenter mixes ethics, law, social changes and law enforcement. Our constitution directs the Govt. to bring in social changes and reform societies however our implementation of social changes can be haphazard and questionable. This leds to more problems than it solves. Over 70 years we have accumulated so much garbage in our laws that invariably, it makes us, the citizen; the criminal by merely existing. So the question that must be asked which is being discussed here in another context is, will this new law lead to social change or criminalize accepted social norms (without bringing social change)? The other question we must be asking, what kind of legal support is Govt (not excluding the Supreme Court) going to provide to assist with social changes? How are they going to improve the Judiciary, speed up the justice system? Is the Govt. going to loosen up funding for NGOs?
