  1. I’m not sure anymore. Old trade rules are being rewritten. Indonesia banned Nickel exports, it got Nikhil refining insourced. We do have laptop PLI and large laptop market. A little bit of trade protectionism can kickstart insourcing. It worked well for mobiles. If the incentives are right it will work for laptops s as well.
