Karnataka govt is so stupid. They went from revenue surplus to revenue deficit state within a year. The sheer recklessness when it comes to spending is astounding. Freebies ruined Karnataka just like it ruined Punjab. Now Karnataka has no money to spend on infrastructure and only complain and beg. Congress made this state into a beggar state.

Karnataka was dependent on Maharashtra, Central govt transfers and frieght equalization. Now please pay back all that money.

@arjun4xd Maharashtra for generations has paid for Karnataka's development. Every strategic industry you can think of that was established in Bengaluru used Maharashtra money and talent. BEML was nothing more than a assembler of equipment manufactured by Kirloskar. Bharat Electronics came at the expense of Pune's Radio manufacturing units around Khadki. HAL came at the expense of rivals established in Nashik and Kanpur. Mangalore Refinery was built with the profits and expertise of Bombay High and HPCL Trombay. Bengaluru owes it's existence to Maharashtra talent and money.
