The problem isn't their loudspeakers. The problem is our bureaucracy can't enforce it's own laws. Supreme court ordered municipal corporations to enforce noise laws and get religious buildings into compliance with noise regulations.

@arnabkundu114 exactly. We have a problem of civil administration not doing is job. If it did do it's job, then namaz would take place in mosques with sound systems that doesn't leak into the neighborhood. They skirt responsibility by creating tension. When people fight they forget the reason for the fight and the culprit runs away without getting caught.
